Typhoon Frank hits Cavite

As the country was hit by typhoon Frank this sunday, a lot of the municipalities in Cavite has been affected as well. Mostly, the coastline municipalities like Bacoor, Kawit, Rosario, and Noveleta including the Cavite City suffered extreme flooding ranging from as high as ankle in depth to somewhere as chest deep.
